Clearer plant-like and delicately smoky citrus scent with peach notes, herbs, a hint of moss, herbs, and citrus peels. Ripe, somewhat candied, sweet and juicy fruit, distinctly plant-like to slightly herbal aromas, relatively present acidity, good substance and sustainability, a bit of yellow spice, lasting on the palate, a slight grip of soft, slightly drying tannin, clear minerality, slight bitterness in the background, rooty tones, very good, firm, sweet and juicy, grippy and mineral finish with candy notes, a bit of caramel and again bitter spice.

Editor note: Tight, cool, clearly vegetable to herbaceous, a hint of green citrus stone fruit nose with floral and vegetable nuances and quite distinct minerality. Clear, fine, juicy, cool, bright fruit, still very fresh, present acidity, slightly covering tannin, clearly vegetable, a little bit celery like tones, persistent on the palate, firm and very mineral, very delicate yeasty aromas, good depth, with air some candy and wax as well as emerging sweetness, but after a day becomes even finer, very good, firm, clearly mineral finish with bright juice and fresh vegetable and red berry aromas. In great condition

Editor note: Clear, deep nose, citrus and peaches, elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes, floral traces, some yellow spice and prominent mineral notes. Firm, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes, light yeelow spice, firm, lively acidity, prominent tart mineral notes, persistent, noticeable tannic grip, good depth, hint of sugar candy in the background, clear contours, very good firm, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler und herber, dabei tiefer Zitrus-Pfirsichduft mit intensiver Mineralik und herben Kräuternoten im Hintergrund. Straff, kühl und saftig im Mund, sehr geschliffene, noch vollkommen unentwickelte Frucht, straffe, sehr feine Säure, deutliche Mineralik und wieder Kräuteraromen am Gaumen, fester Bau, tief und nachhaltig, komplex und zwingend, dabei erstaunlich elegant, beste Balance, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Derzeit noch völlig unantastbar.
