Mature yellow-fruity nose with nutty, somewhat dried floral, delicately smoky and tobacco aromas, herbs, some yellow spice and minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy, somewhat sweetish fruit with smoky and dried-vegetable to herbal and tobacco notes, nutty and very mineral on the palate, some dark fruit and spice, very delicate hints of caramel, good depth, very good, juicy and spicy finish with minerality and grip. Still in top form.

Straff, reintönig und feinsaftig im Mund, sehr feine, relativ präsente Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, viel Mineralik, eleganter Stil, zarter Schmelz, hat Zug, sehr guter, feinfruchtiger, leicht pflanzlicher und wieder sehr mineralischer Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und relativ komplexer, sehr mineralischer und auch kräuterwürziger Duft mit Pfirsich- und Zitrusaromen. Sehr straff im Mund, lebendig und feinsaftig, präsente, animierende Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, pflanzliche und deutlich mineralische Noten am Gaumen, viel Biss, Zug und Nachhaltigkeit, noch sehr jung, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und zupackender Nachhall.
