Translate to English Verschlossen wirkende, herbe, aber sehr tiefe, intensiv mineralische Nase nach Pfirsich und Zitrusfrüchten mit etwas Quitte und recht deutlich vegetabilen sowie erdigen Aromen. Sehr klar, fest gewirkt und feinsaftig im Mund, hochfeine, präsente, aber sehr harmonische Säure, elegant und straff am Gaumen, dabei vielschichtig, tief und nachhaltig, kräuterwürzig und sehr mineralisch, leichter Gerbstoff, viel Zug, wird mit Luft immer saftiger und betörender, steckt voller Feinheiten, noch sehr jung, beste Balance, große Länge. Muss unbedingt reifen.
