Glasklar im Mund, wieder ziemlich komplex, hochfeine, ausgesprochen verspielte Säure, deutliche Mineralität am Gaumen, auch wieder kräuterige Nuancen, tief und nachhaltig, perfekte Balance, sehr animierend, sehr langer Nachhall. Betört viel mehr durch Finesse und Komplexität als durch schiere Konzentration und Süße.
