Im Mund feinsaftig und mit pikanter Säure, relativ präsente Steinobst- und Apfelnoten, kühl-pflanzliche und mineralische Töne, sehr geschliffener, eleganter Stil, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, wirkt schlank, hat aber durchaus Substanz, animierend, gute Länge.
