Glasklar und feinsaftig im Mund, hochfeine Säure, mineralisches Rückgrat, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr harmonisch, guter Abgang. Man sollte ihn zwei Jahre liegen lassen - und dann Kistenweise trinken.
