Fairly shy nose, nutty traces, light yellow fruit, moderate frosted notes, floral traces and a hint of honey. Clear, elegant, juicy, polished sweet fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, fresh vegetal and light floral traces, persistent, hint of sugar candy, more moderate frosted notes, salty in the background, quite firm, very good crisp finish.
