Cloudy, bright gold. Firm and quite deep, bitter, bread-like, fine-vegetable and a hint of tobacco aroma with bitter yellow fruit notes, floral hints, and a touch of mushrooms. Firmly structured, dense, bitter fruit, yeasty aromas, and some yellow spice, fine vegetable and delicate herbal aromas, polished acidity, a lot of grip from soft core fruits, persistent on the palate, some yellow spice, also ethereal notes, good depth, still young, compact and underdeveloped, has a lot of power but no heaviness, distinct chalky and stony mineral character, a bit of yellow spice, root vegetables in the background, quite complex, very good to long, concentrated finish, with grip, spice, bitter juice, and emphasis.
