Somewhat smoky and hints of bacon, nutty and a little light-woody pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, fine mushroom notes, herbaceous-vegetable tones and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, juicy, a little candied, sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, floral and dark berry nuances on the palate, some rock candy, certain power and persistence, smoky notes in the background, a hint of yeast, tobacco hints, salty-chalky minerality, notes reminiscent of ginger, very good finish with juice and spice, just a little rock candy sweetness again.
