Tart, somewhat yeasty and nutty nose with light yellow fruity aromas, fennel and fresh, light woody notes. Straightforward, somewhat sweetish, apple-like fruit, light wood, a hint of smoke and vegetal nuances, a little candy, certain alcohol warmth, decent to good, slightly tannic, sweetish finish.
