Somewhat spicy, nutty and dried herbal scent of partly preserved mixed berries with a little cherry and nuances reminiscent of star anise and lavender. Quite polished, juicy fruit with a hint of cocoa and some spicy wood tones, crumbly tannin, good persistence, delicate bite, hints of caramel and salt, good to very good finish.
