2018 Grauburgunder, Rheinhessen, Germany

Somewhat dried-herbaceous, nutty, slightly greasy and slightly smoky pome and stone fruit scent with mushroom notes and fennel-like nuances. Youthful, slightly sweetish fruit with still noticeable yeast, nutty and earthy tones as well as a hint of black berries, fine, lively acidity, still clear carbon dioxide, fairly persistent, attractive, just slightly intrusive sweet finish with delicate creamy notes.
