2018 Bingen Viognier, Rheinhessen, Germany

Yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon and oak, fairly prominent mineral notes, Ripe, clear, light-bodied, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, rather unnecessarilysweet, very elegant acidity, yeasty and light nutty notes, hint of smoked bacon, good substance and persistence, noticeable mineral notes in the background, some depth, still young, very good, fairly firm, once again rather sweet finish.
