Translate to English Pfeffriger und erdiger, ganz leicht schärfender Duft nach teils eingemachten Kirschen, schwarzen und etwas roten Beeren sowie Paprika mit altholzigen und tabakigen Noten. Völlig trockene, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht im Mund, vegetabile bis tabakige, nussige und dunkle erdige Aromen, etwas Salz und Lorbeer, präsente, feinsandige Tannine, etwas nachhaltig, jedoch nicht allzu tief, aber recht straff, guter Abgang.
