Firm, tart nose, nutty and light yeasty notes, dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, restrained yellow fruit aromas, touch of yellow spice, hint of bacon. Ripe, firm, slightly creamyfruit on the palate, yeasty and spicy notes, hint of tobacco, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon, some depth, creamyand full-bodied, earhty and mineral notes, very good finish.
