Rather firm, a little dried vegetal and a hint of bacon-like scent of rather dark berries and cherries with earthy nuances and a touch of juniper. Tart fruit in the mouth, dried vegetable, earthy and salty notes, smoky on the palate, light bitterness, some persistence, good finish
