Tart nose, dried vegetal and light earthy notes, hint of bacon, red and black berries, peppery traces, herbs and tobacco. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, hint of coffee, cocoa and tobacco, elegant acidity, fairly gripping fine sandy tannins, good substance and persistence, light bite, salty traces in the background, some toasted oak and chocolate, ripe fruit on a very good finish.
