Translate to English Nussiger und vegetabiler, auch ein wenig parfümierter Duft nach gelber Paprika, Quittenbrot und Birnenkompott mit kühlen kräuterigen und erdigen Noten. Mürb-saftige Frucht im Mund, Majoran, Paranüsse und Fleur de Sel, im Hintergrund ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, präsente, recht feine Säure, gute Substanz und gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, könnte aber gerne etwas mehr Spannung haben, ganz leicht seifig, recht guter Abgang.
