2019 Pinot Gris trocken Reserve, Baden, Germany

Nutty, somewhat woody and slightly tobacco aroma of pome fruits and red berries with a touch of buttery caramel and hints of yellow spice in the background. Ripe, quite juicy fruit, clearly nutty aromas, a hint of smoke and yellow spice, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, fresh vegetal nuances on the palate, red berry hints, a hint of smoke, still undeveloped, very good, still a little woody finish with ripe juice, herbal aromas and some bite.
