Somewhat smoky, also nutty citrus pome fruit scent with hints of stone fruit and almost a little sweetish, light wood spice, herbal-vegetable hints and a touch of rock candy. Ripe, clear, straightforward, quite juicy fruit, partly reminiscent of kumquats, light wood with nutty and delicately smoky tones, hints of vanilla, fine minty hints on the palate, some butter, good persistence and substance, some power, chalky nuances in the background, still young, very good, quite firm finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
