2019 Tiefenbach Spiegelberg Pinot Gris Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Still quite closed, nutty and smoky aroma with rather calm, restrained pome fruit notes with floral to tobacco aromas. Tart, firm, again restrained fruit, smoky wood with nutty and tobacco aromas, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, mineral tones, seems relatively cool, still a little unapproachable, very good, firm, tart, fine-juicy finish.
