Fairly cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco, elegant yellow fruit and vegetal aromas, light mineral and peppery traces. Clear, polished, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, fresh vegetal aromas, light nutty and mineral traces, good persistence, very elegant style, still quite young, clear contours, floral traces and more light nutty notes on a very good, fairly firm finish. As an Auxerrois, it has very little competition in this class,
