2017 trocken "Weisze Freyheit", Burgenland, Austria

Floral, still slightly reductive, somewhat nutty, yeasty and vegetal nose with cool yellow fruity notes, some yellow spice, cauliflower and a lot of light minerality. Clear, firm, tangy-juicy fruit with planty, mushroom and nutty aromas, delicately floral on the palate, again a little yellow spice, fine, quite lively acidity and much grasp of crumbly tannins, persistent, clearly yeasty tones and plenty of chalky-salty minerality, multi-layered, good depth, very slight warmth, but also freshness, very good, firm, extremely juicy finish with planty, yellow-spicy and intensely mineral notes
