Fairly firm, polished nose, light herbaceous and delicate floral notes, cherries and black berries, some elderberry, pepper and mineral notes. Clear, tart, juicy, fairly polished fruit on the palate, nutty and light earthy notes, light dried vegetal notes in the background, fine sandy, youthful tannins, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes, peppery traces, still largely undeveloped, very good tart, juicy, grippy finish.
