Developed, somewhat animalic and noticeably tobacco-woody, also a little leathery aroma of ripe, partly dried black berries with smoky, cedary and tart spicy aromas and a hint of malt. Firmly woven, tart, juicy, dark fruit, noticeable acidity and taut, present, somewhat sandy and drying tannins, smoky-roasty aromas, some soot, dried herbs and clearly salt, good persistence, relatively complex, very good, tart finish, again with a lot of bite and slightly bitter dried-vegetable, earthy and woody notes
