2004 Neusiedlersee trocken Pannobile, Burgenland, Austria

Black berries on the nose, herbaceous notes, spicy and mineral as well as roasted notes, quite prominent cool minty notes. Quite concentrated and juicy in the mouth, sweetish and creamy, spicy oak, more fresh herbs, elegant acidity and quite harmonious although still very slightly astringent tannin, smoky notes and old oak in the background, very good persistence, good long finish.
