Very slightly cloudy golden yellow. Cool, yeasty and clearly herbal citrus scent with some yellow spice and mushroomy traces. Lean, cool and tart in the mouth, delicate fruit with yeasty and herbal notes, a trace of smoke, mushrooms again in the background, lively acidity, good to very good finish.
