Cool, firm, quite complex, slightly nutty and vegetable to dried-herb-like nose with hints of canned stone fruit, a suggestion of Williams pear, bright flowers, and a touch of maple. Polished, firm, very sweet fruit with a trace of peach puree and a bit of rhubarb, lively acidity, light tannin grip, good substance and sustainability, salty minerality, also a bit of limestone, very good, cool finish.
