Firm, somewhat smoky, nutty and tobacco-like core and stone fruit aroma with nuances reminiscent of fine vegetables, juniper, pepper, and wild herbs, as well as noticeable minerality. Polished, juicy fruit with a hint of vineyard peach, citrus zest, and a touch of bay leaf, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, certain depth, chalky minerality, hinted tea, barrel wood in the background, very good finish with herbal spice.
