Tart, clearly herbal to slightly herbaceous nose with restrained, bright, rather cool yellow fruity notes as well as nutty aromas. Quite juicy, youthful fruit, herbaceous-vegetable, delicately yeasty and still hinted at smoky-reductive notes, lively acidity, nutty and buttery tones, grip of ripe tannin, persistent, mineral in the background, still undeveloped, very good, quite juicy finish with herbaceous-vegetable flavours, bite and grip. Needs to mature a bit.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
