Rather cool, tart, still yeasty nose with light yellow fruity and planty notes, nutty traces and some minerality. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit, somewhat planty and nutty, quite clear minerality, fine, lively acidity, some tannin grip, certain persistence, good to very good, tart finish with bite
