Clear, slightly peppery and spicy cherry scent with blackberry aromas, a hint of cocoa and citrus notes. Punishing, tangy-juicy fruit with a little smoky and roasted wood spice, dried herbal aromas and peppery tones, lively acidity, quite firm tannin, some salt in the background, still young, very good, firm, handy and fresh juicy finish, again with peppery and herbal nuances
