Clear, polished, fairly cool nose, elderberry and bell pepper notes, elegant yellow and white fruit aromas, light mineral notes in the background. Straightforward, restrained, surprisingly cool fruit on the palate, partly dried vegetal aromas, nutty and yeasty traces, tart mineral notes, light grip, very elegant acidity, touch of red and black berries, reined-in power, good to very good finish.
