Clear nose, light herbaceous notes, dried flowers, mixed berries and a fewcherries, peppery traces, light mineral notes, hint of licorice. Tart, fairly polished fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and earthy notes, light peppery notes, fine sandy tannins, light bitter touch, hint of bacon, good persistence, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Tart nose, light dried vegetal and floral notes, nutty, earthy and herbaceous notes, some dark berries and cherries, hint of licorice and tobacco. Clear, fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, moderate nutty, smoky oak, dried vegetal notes, good persistence, noticeable acid bite, light salty and chalky notes in the background, fairly cool, polished style, some bite on a good to very good, tart finish.
