A somewhat smoky, nutty, and vegetal aroma of bright yellow fruits with hints reminiscent of peach skin, mixed berries, forest mushrooms, and bacon. Clear, slender, not quite dry fruit with a touch of pepper, nutmeg, and a hint of paprika, lively acidity, delicate carbonation, light grip, salty and chalky tones, a trace of hibiscus in the good finish.
