2018 Ensheim Kachelberg Cabernet Sauvignon trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Clear, tart aroma of black and a little red berries with hints of cherry and a hint of juniper, some cocoa and meaty traces. Rather lean, tart fruit, slightly toasty and bitter-chocolatey wood notes, some drying tannin, light bite, good to very good, a hint of tobacco finish.
