Somewhat fleshy-animalic, delicately iodine and hints of cedar aroma of blackcurrants with herbal and tobacco nuances. Ripe, juicy, quite tightly knitted fruit, ripe, fine tannin and some bite, moderately toasty wood notes, some tobacco, cedar and a hint of tar, plenty of power, good persistence, not overly deep and complex, but very carefully made, very good, again relatively firm finish. May still mature a little.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
