2016 Pinot Noir-Chardonnay Brut, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool nose, yeasty and light vegetal notes, restrained light yellow fruit. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty aromas, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, medium body, very slightly creamy texture, slightly spicy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a good to very good finish.
