2019 VDP.Gutswein trocken "Rondos", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite firm, tart dark fruit, clearly smoky wood spice, slightly sooty tones and peppery ethereal notes, good persistence, some power, warm and cool elements, youthful, fine sandy tannin, a hint of mint, good to very good, tart finish with bite.
