A firm, tart and surprisingly cool, fresh, planty and very mineral fragrance with yellow fruity notes and a hint of bacon. Clear, firm, juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and planty-spicy notes, very slightly peppery on the palate, fine acidity and touch of ripe tannin, persistent, has power and depth, tart mineral foundation, very delicately sweetish enamel, quite complex, traces of blackberries, very good, compact, juicy, spicy and very mineral aftertaste, again with a touch of bacon
