2019 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, yet deep, slightly dried-vegetable and a hint of nuttiness with rather tart yellow-fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice, fine waxy nuances and a hint of chamomile blossom. Sweet fruit with planty and a little dried floral spice, fine acidity and mellow tannin, good substance and persistence, quite distinct minerality, a hint of bacon, herbal nuances, very good, firm, juicy and mineral finish.
