Firm, somewhat nuttier and a little more vegetable to herbaceous, also a hint of yeasty fragrance of ripe yellow fruits with light mineral tones. Ripe, melty, somewhat warm fruit, nutty as well as delicate planty and floral notes, very fine acidity, a lot of power, lasting, some depth, again light minerality, very good, quite juicy finish with spicy traces
