2018 Iphofen Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, light yeasty and floral notes, elegant citrus and pomaceous fruit, prominent mineral notes. Clear, fairly juicy, light fruit on the palate, yeasty, floral and delicate nutty notes, lively acidity, integrated ripe tannins provide grip, persistent, fairly creamy, prominent chalky and salty mineral notes, very good, fairly juicy, gripping finish.
