Vegetable to herbaceous and a little almond-nutty aroma with restrained, warm yellow-fruity aromas and hinted white pepper. Tart, light, somewhat warm fruit also in the mouth, vegetal tones, crumbly tannins and matching acidity, certain persistence, mushroom, earthy and chalky nuances, still slightly covered and rather compact, salty and chalky minerality, certain depth, very good, firm, tart, but also juicy finish
