2018 Iphofen Kalb Gewürztraminer Spätlese VDP.Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral notes, elegant yellow fruit aromas, hint of black berries, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, firm, sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, slightly ethereal herbaceous traces, floral aromas, persistent, light tannic grip, mineral notes in the background, hint of dark berries, still young, fairly vibrant, herbs and spices on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
