2018 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat yeasty, vegetable and slightly almond-nutty fragrance with warm yellow fruity notes, fine herbal tones and a hint of mustard seed. Firm and tart in the mouth, light, finely juicy fruit with fresh vegetable aromas, fine acidity and some grip, chalky minerality, lasting, restrained power, a hint of almonds, very good, firm, tart and very mineral finish with peppery nuances
