2017 Iphofen Kronsberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light herbaceous and floral notes on the nose, citrus and stone fruit aromas, hint of bacon, touch of dark fruit, fairly preominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, very light touch of yellow spice, very elegant acidity, good persistence, some grip, light mineral notes, some depth, nutty traces, hint of caraway seed and star anise, still young, very good, tart, firm finish.
