Restrained, clearly green-vegetable scent with restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas and hints of flowers. Quite juicy, melting and warm, again bright fruit, vegetal aromas, fine, relatively lively acidity, good persistence, nutty hints, quite distinct minerality, moderate grip, very good, again warm and melting finish with slightly noticeable alcohol

Editor note: Elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, mineral notes, pomaceous fruit with a delicate whiff of citrus and stone fruit, floral and herbaceous traces, some elderberry. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate herbaceous and floral aromas, hint of elderberry again, still largely undeveloped, yeasty traces, nutty, earthy and mineral notes, full-bodied and creamy, but remains elegant and quite cool, buttery traces, very good juicy, slightly warm finish.
