Clear, cool nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and stone fruit, light floral traces and light mineral notes. Polished, lively fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant fresh acidity, persistent, still largely undeveloped, light earthy and mineral notes in the background, hint of sugar candy, some depth, has bite and moderate grip, very good polished, cool finish.
