Slightly nutty nose, earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon, pomaceous fruit, vegetal and light herbaceo0us notes, hint of dried mushrooms, light floral traces ,prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, nutty and light yeasty notes, dried vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity, creamy and warm on the palate, floral traces, quite full-bodied, spicy traces, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon in the background, still not fully developed, hint of elderberry, very good finish.

Concentrated and juicy on the palate, ripe, tart fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal aromas, light earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, persistent, has substance and grip, some depth, floral traces, light herbs and spices, compact structure, aromatic bitter notes, good grip on a very good finish.
